Colorado Appraisal Service (Vowell Appraisal Group) was started in 1999 by founder Joe Vowell. We specialize in single family residential or investment properties, including REOs, condominiums, log homes and manufactured homes in Central Colorado.  We also perform appraisals to assist you with Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) removal and tax assessment rebuttals.
